Passed the first aid courses organized by the Olympic Committee. She has passed „Psychology and management course"  in Tallinn Pedagogical University’s Comlementary Centre in 2004. Also she has passed "Management in general education school course" in Tallinn Pedagogical University in 2002. She worked in Estonian Dance Academy as a dancer 2000-2001. Erika is founder and organizer of the dance tournament "Sweet Beginning", which has the largest number of participants in Estonia. Also main organizer of the "Old Thomas Trophy“ competition.
